Ladies on their way to the parade start.
The parade was late starting (3:30) and after about 15 minutes there was a medical emergency on the other side of the square (couldn't see) that held up the parade for 15 minutes. This is the Biergarten float where they were serving beer to everyone and throwing candy, ribbons and confetti.
