Memories of Portugal
In Journal 56 we went to dinner at Oregano and were greeted by the owner Nuno Diogo who now owns four restaurants in the area.

I checked back in this blog and here is Nuno 10 years ago at Pestana Palm Gardens. They were having a Fado night and when I asked the waiter (who was Nuno) about the table next to us he proceeded to demonstrate how a vintage bottle of port is opened properly.
