We had two good hives in 2022 but unfortunately they didn't survive the winter. So I ordered one new NUC from Adam Higgs of Earth and Honey. They have moved their place to just outside Union near Port Stanley so on Wed. we had supper at Buccaneers in Port Stanley and picked up the bees around 7pm. We were home by 8;30 so I put them in the 10" hive box.
The weather is extremely hot (30 deg.) I moved the hive into some dappled shade.
