Our restored sailboat Ceilidh

This is Ceilidh our completely rebuilt Alberg 37.  She is pictured here in July 2017 before she was fitted out with new sails and canvas.

Although we launched Ceilidh last summer we are really just getting her in trim this year.  In addition to improvements in the new engine and sail controls we have added new sails and new canvas.  Our previous Alberg called Rubicon was 30' and displaced 9000 lbs.  Ceilidh is 37' and displaces 17000 lbs.  This has made a marked difference in my boat handling skills requiring a steeper learning curve for this old guy.
